PHP is a widely used, general-purpose scripting language that is
especially suited for web development and can be embedded into HTML to
create dynamic web pages. Like Perl, PHP can also be used to manipulate
data in a MySQL database.
If you're an advanced user, you can get started using PHP right away to
create applications, send mail, or connect to your MySQL
database.
You can run your scripts using either PHP 4 or PHP 5+ — but please note that you can use MySQL version 5+
only with PHP 5.3 or higher.

configuration-specific issues related to PHP, we are unable to provide
coding assistance or custom scripting.
